HighLevel is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the B2C/Events roadmap, serving 1.1M+ monthly active learners and the adjacent B2B2C ecosystem. You will shape ticketing, checkout, and audience ownership, balancing user needs with business goals.

Work with design, engineering and data to move events from beta to GA, define metrics, and drive adoption, activation and revenue growth across organizer and attendee experiences.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful exposure to events, ticketing, marketplace, commerce or B2B2C SaaS products.
• Hands-on ownership of product strategy from discovery through launch and growth.
• Strong collaboration with design, eng and data to drive outcomes.

Mansioni

• Own and shape the B2C & Events roadmap, partnering with leadership to drive engagement and retention.
• Take events from beta to GA, defining quality, reliability, adoption and revenue signals.
• Build ticketing, checkout and payments with scalable, trusted flows.
• Own attendee experience in Client Portal and organizer workflows across two surfaces.
