Job summary

Next Frontier Capital seeks a Product Manager for Co Branded Cards to lead discovery and delivery of automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with design, data, engineering, operations, legal, risk, and compliance to build trusted, scalable applications that drive measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

You will translate complex processes into actionable requirements, manage a value-focused backlog, and drive iterative, compliant delivery in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of product management delivering enterprise software or digital products.
• 2+ years building or managing generative AI products or autonomous workflows.
• Recent experience delivering applied AI solutions in regulated or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and delivery of automation and agent-enabled workflows.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plan for AI use cases.
• Translate complex processes into clear responsibilities across automation agents, tools, and people.
• Build and manage a business-outcome-driven backlog focused on performance and user experience.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and milestones in agile model.
• Embed responsible AI practices including explainability, audit trails, testing, and control evidence.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders in business, technology, architecture, legal, and compliance.
• Define and track KPIs like adoption, time saved, quality, accuracy, throughput, and risk exceptions.
• Lead change management with frontline teams through training and communications.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory expectations for data usage.
• Monitor outcomes post-launch and continuously improve product performance.
