Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager for Commercial Card within the BC&P organization. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business problems into features and driving MVP-tested roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

You will work in an AI-forward, agile environment with designers, data scientists and subject-matter experts to deliver customer-centric digital card and payment experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields (design, agile delivery, data science, software engineering).
• Preferred: bachelor’s in computer science or engineering; 1+ years translating business strategy into digital products.

Responsibilities

• Break down epics into features and user stories to drive MVP-focused delivery.
• Own and prioritize feature roadmaps while ensuring risk processes and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and other stakeholders in an agile environment to build cutting-edge solutions.
