• 5-7+ years of experience as a PM building platforms or highly technical products.
• Experience owning and driving roadmaps for teams spanning multiple feature areas.
• Experience as an engineer or engineering manager building platform products and designing complex systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a highly technical field like computer science or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define capabilities and inner workings of critical systems like process lifecycle manager and observability frameworks.
• Drive multi-year roadmap to modernize app architecture across themes like modularization and resource efficiency.
• Lead roadmap for Observability & Logging Systems, monitoring, and triage workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and product teams to communicate requirements and unblock execution.
• Present and debate decisions with leadership and guide cross-functional teams across Roblox App.
