Job summary

TDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support PMS-339 LCS Surface Training Systems. This senior role requires independent execution of complex assignments, leadership across stakeholders, and mentorship for junior analysts while ensuring Navy and DoD policy compliance.

The position focuses on program management, budgeting, and lifecycle sustainment of LCS trainers and training devices, engaging Navy leadership and coordinating across the PAPM/APM enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 15 years relevant experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Surface Training, Acquisition, time in or supporting the DoN, and PPBE.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis, refinement, and strategic validation of LCS surface training systems requirements in support of PMS 339 objectives.
• Provide analysis, recommendations and consultation support with regards to all aspects of LCS trainer delivery; resolve competing priorities and assess scope, schedule, and resource impacts to maintain alignment with program objectives.
• Identify LCS trainer cost, schedule, and performance issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies; brief leadership on technical and programmatic decision points and work with a plethora of Surface Training stakeholders.
