Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the model training and fine-tuning capabilities within SeekrFlow. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers customize, improve, evaluate, and operationalize models for enterprise use.

You will collaborate with engineering, ML, and field teams to design scalable platform capabilities, ensure production readiness, and translate complex ML workflows into intuitive experiences for customers deploying AI across

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience for technical platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML product development workflows including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Ability to balance model quality, data quality, cost, performance, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for model training and fine-tuning within SeekrFlow.
• Partner with engineering and design to build, launch, and iterate on capabilities across the training lifecycle.
• Translate complex ML workflows into clear, scalable product experiences for technical and enterprise users.
• Identify high-impact problems across enterprise, regulated, and deployment-constrained environments.
• Establish adoption, time-to-value, and retention metrics to measure success.
