Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to redefine our Services GTM model for an AI‑first, agentic future. You will bridge Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and GTM to design strategic service, support, and monetization models around NetSec offerings.

You will lead strategic governance, define standardized service permutations, and ensure global delivery teams are enabled for scalable, outcome‑oriented service launches with every new NetSec deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrated hybrid background combining Management Consulting, Product Management, or Go‑To‑Market Strategy, with a focus on enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or service delivery.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a data‑first approach to analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial opportunities.
• Strong executive presence with a proven ability to build stakeholder alignment, translate technical capabilities into C‑level outcomes, and influence decision‑making across disparate teams without direct authority.
• Track record of defining overarching strategic visions and driving them through to successful execution
• Demonstrated experience with AI‑driven technologies, GenAI applications, agentic workflows, or automation.

Responsibilities

• NetSec Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the definitive service and support owner for a specific product set within NetSec.
• Define Strategic Service Vision: Establish long‑term GTM direction and service objectives for NPIs/NSIs.
• Pod Leadership & Execution: Mentor NPI Program Managers within a strategic pod model.
• Internal Consulting & Standardization: Advise PMs with standardized service permutations.
• Product & Priority Alignment: Align core product architecture with service strategy.
• Orchestrate GTM Execution: Develop and orchestrate scalable services launches.
• Market Analysis & Trend Identification: Monitor AI/agentic trends for improvements.
• Architectural Evolution & Automation: Lead legacy to agentic automation roadmap.
