Job summary

IR Labs seeks a product leader who blends real code intelligence depth with AI-driven tooling and practical product craft. You will own roadmap, drive experiments, and collaborate with engineers, researchers and customers to deliver high-impact developer tools.

You will lead continuous discovery with technical users, ship working prototypes quickly, and shape a differentiated verification platform. Join a startup-like team backed by a public company.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in code intelligence and related fields such as static analysis, program analysis, SAST, fuzzing or compiler-adjacent products.
• Experience shipping real AI products to production with clear value delivery and governance.
• Comfort prototyping workflows with AI tooling and scripting to ship working artifacts.
• Strong opinions on what makes developer tools usable and valued by engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define vision with the SVP IR Labs and drive the roadmap and execution.
• Land in a live product with customers and accelerate adoption through feedback loops.
• Conduct continuous discovery with engineers, QA owners and platform leads to shape use cases.
• Prototype in AI tooling and wire up workflows to deliver working artifacts to users quickly.
• Ensure the product differentiates across detection, diagnosis and verification.
• Translate deep tech into customer value by partnering with engineering to operationalize research.
• Define evaluation metrics for non-deterministic systems and tie results to outcomes.
• Balance quick wins with longer-term expansion like broader coverage and guardrails.
• Lead trials, docs and release notes; validate product-market fit and scale adoption.
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs clearly to executives and customers.
