Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Compute Platform to shape the strategy and roadmap for our AI infrastructure, spanning GPUs, accelerators, on-premise data centers and public cloud. You will own the driver/firmware management and fleet health for reliable, production-ready AI compute.

You will drive platform evolution with cross-functional teams, focusing on reliability, scalability, and cost-to-serve while enabling Roblox workloads across AI, storage and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience focused on compute infrastructure at scale.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals and control plane components.
• Experience productizing Kubernetes Operators, Controllers, and CRDs.
• Familiarity with GPU/accelerator architecture and scheduling constraints.
• Background in cloud-native networking and service mesh concepts.
• Proven track record building production compute platforms with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Compute Platform spanning on-prem and cloud.
• Lead development of GPU infrastructure for training and inference at scale.
• Ensure platform reliability, reduce time-to-detection and recovery from failures.
• Collaborate with multiple platform teams to enable their workloads.
