Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, product development, or technical marketing in optical interconnects, photonics, semiconductors, or related data center hardware.
• 5+ years of experience managing products through NPI or Stage-Gate processes from concept through volume production.

Responsibilities

• Own the advanced materials EBO product lifecycle and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap delivery, feature prioritization, and business-case development for next-generation expanded beam optics platforms.
• Coordinate across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial teams, customers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate time to market and adoption.
