Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to align work schedules and projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily plumbing activities, ensuring safety standards and codes compliance.
• Coordinate with other department supervisors to align schedules and timelines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Maintenance.
• Mentor and develop plumbing staff for a productive work environment.
• Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and installation projects for timely completion.
• Inspect workmanship for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment for availability and proper use.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend solutions.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies across the team.
