Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Journeyman/Master Plumber.
• At least 3 years of Foreman/Lead/Supervisor experience, particularly in Multi-Family projects.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects progress on schedule with a focus on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on RFIs.
• Set goals for crews and document their progress.
