Redlinger Bros. Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing and piping projects from kickoff to completion. You will ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on plumbing trade experience, plus 2+ years managing construction projects.
• A valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management platforms and estimating software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage project schedules, materials logistics, and day-to-day site progress.
• Communication: Run point on communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Financial Management: Build accurate cost estimates, track expenditures, and draft change orders.
• Document Review: Interpret architectural blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical job specifications.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, engineering teams, and property owners.
