Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager in Florida to lead large-scale projects from kickoff to completion. You will guide project teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction on high-rise, multifamily, and commercial builds.

The role requires at least 5 years of full life-cycle PM experience with plumbing/mechanical contractors, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full life‑cycle construction PM with plumbing/mechanical contractor.
• Experience on ground-up commercial or multifamily projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic piping in large‑scale projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with Oracle (or other PM software) and Accubid preferred.
• Office-based project management with occasional site visits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all business aspects of multiple large-scale concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
• Supervise and mentor select assistant project managers and project engineers on the project team
• Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s)
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones
• Act as liaison with the customer and project staff to identify and process scope changes, address issues, and communicate milestones
• Manage project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems
• Ensure adherence to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety, and best practices
