Qualifications

• Advanced Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills; experience with HydraCAD or Pipe-Flo.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Plumbing Code and ASPE standards.

Responsibilities

• System Design: Lead the design of domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, storm water, and fuel gas systems for commercial, residential, and healthcare facilities.
• Fire Protection: Oversee the layout and specification of fire suppression systems in accordance with NFPA standards.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for plumbing systems, ensuring designs meet Florida Building Codes and local ordinances.
• Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from schematic design through construction administration, including site visits and shop drawing reviews.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams to ensure integrated building system solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and quality control reviews for junior engineers and designers.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Skills
