TLC Engineering Solutions in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Senior Plumbing Specialty Designer to lead plumbing system design on diverse projects, from concept through construction, with strong BIM and code-compliance focus.

The role offers mentorship of designers, coordination across disciplines, and a hybrid schedule with two days in-office, four remote, to support career growth and project excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in the architectural engineering environment.
• High BIM modeling proficiency.
• Ability to lead designers and technicians.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Accuracy in production, documentation, and QA/QC.

Responsabilités

• Lead plumbing system design on multiple projects from concept to construction.
• Produce drawings and specifications compliant with codes.
• Coordinate with disciplines for integrated project delivery.
• Provide direction and mentorship to designers and technicians.
• Establish QA/QC processes and verify project deliverables.
