Job summary

BRPH is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Designer in Charleston, SC to contribute to complex, high-impact projects across aerospace, manufacturing, education, and federal markets. You will apply plumbing design fundamentals, perform calculations, and develop 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a high school diploma with 7 years of experience or an associate degree with 6 years of related work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7 years related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent with 6+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in client contact and communication pertaining to projects.
• Performs design computations and applies plumbing design fundamentals.
• Creates 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit and checks for code compliance.
• Coordinates with civil/structural engineers and other disciplines.
• Prepares reports, technical specifications, and fixture schedules.
• Mentors junior drafters and designers and ensures design quality.
• Verifies drawings and PDFs conform to company standards.
