20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in Riverside, CA, seeks a Senior Plumbing Designer to lead plumbing system design using CAD and Revit. You will provide technical design support and create narratives, drawings and specifications for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• California Driver's License with clean DMV record is necessary.
• Experience and extensive knowledge in the Plumbing field.
• Extensive knowledge with AutoCAD, plumbing codes, plan reading and PHCC, and field experience.
• 10-15 years' experience and extensive knowledge in Plumbing Designing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing systems using CAD and Revit.
• Provide technical design support to multiple departments.
• Create plumbing designs, including narratives, drawings and specs.
• Review plans, set up Rivet/CAD files and generate isometrics.
• Prepare 3D Revit drawings, schedules and isometrics for projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and field foremen on design changes.
• Develop materials requisitions and take-offs from drawings.
• Assist in development and monitoring of company design standards.
