Colleague. in Dallas seeks an experienced Plumbing BIM & CAD Specialist with strong Revit experience to support commercial construction projects, including multifamily, high-rise, and hotel developments in the Dallas area.

You will create and maintain plumbing BIM models in Revit, produce CAD drawings and construction documents, and coordinate with MEP and structural teams to ensure accurate models and timely revisions. This role offers full-time employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Revit for BIM modeling (Required).
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Navisworks is a plus.
• Experience in commercial plumbing, MEP coordination, or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
