Job summary

Power Plumbing in Texas is seeking a skilled Revit Operator to develop and manage detailed 3D plumbing models, support BIM coordination, and produce precise shop drawings for multifamily residential projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure code compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and at least 3 years in a plumbing/mechanical contracting environment, with CPD/CPDT preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in engineering, plumbing, or mechanical contracting.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; BIM modeling/coordination for plumbing systems.
• High-quality shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
• CPD or CPDT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and manage 3D plumbing models using Revit for BIM coordination and shop drawing production.
• Assist with material takeoffs and quantity tracking using Revit.
• Ensure designs comply with plumbing codes, local amendments, and company standards.
• Review construction documents and identify discrepancies or coordination issues.
• Prepare and submit RFIs as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support project execution.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Follow project schedules to ensure timely deliverables.
