Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with on-the-job and formal classroom training in plumbing work in construction, maintenance, commercial, and residential environments.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities in plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer plumbing issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Repair, install, or replace plumbing fixtures and piping according to codes.
• Communicate with customers to explain findings and recommended solutions.
• Direct helpers and ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures.
