Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced plumber to join our facilities team in Washington, DC. The role involves assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing comprehensive plumbing systems across our critical infrastructure sites.

Applicants must have 8+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain U.S. citizenship-based security clearance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with shifts on days and nights available to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant plumbing experience.
• Must be subject to government security investigation; US citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, modify, and repair plumbing systems.
• Maintain and upgrade plumbing equipment and piping.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment.
• Report to Shift Operating Engineer.
• Install/repair water heaters, drinking fountains, toilets, sinks, etc. throughout the facility.
