Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled plumber/pipefitter for our diverse projects in the Washington, D.C. area.

The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across critical facilities and infrastructure, with responsibilities that include upgrading equipment and ensuring safety standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to meet government security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years relevant plumbing experience.
• U.S. Citizenship / security eligibility required for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, modify, and repair plumbing systems.
• Maintain and upgrade plumbing equipment and piping.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on plumbing-related equipment.
• Report to Shift Operating Engineer.
• Install/repair water heaters, drinking fountains, toilets, sinks, etc.
