Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of welding procedures and guidelines.
• Knowledge of plumbing hand tools and ability to use them.
• Ability to plan and schedule the work of a group of plumbers and facilitate training and other educational opportunities.

• Installs, repairs, and maintains water fixtures on or in city property to improve service levels.
• Plans and implements installation of natural gas, potable water, or wastewater pipelines including cost projections.
• Instructs lower-level plumbers in code, tools, and practices for advancement.
• Serves as crew leader ensuring code compliance and tracks leave, hours, and performance of plumbers.
• Measures, cuts, and threads iron pipe for pipelines or lines.
• Removes clogs from wastewater systems and performs minor mechanical repairs.
