Job summary

ConvaTec Inc is seeking a PLM Program Manager to lead the business-side PLM transformation, aligning Teamcenter and Polarion within a connected digital thread across product development, quality and operations. You will own the roadmap, business case, and benefits realization, driving change management and adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs exceeding $7M budget.
• Proven ability to implement or govern Siemens Teamcenter and Polarion ALM.
• Strong program management capabilities across governance, risk, and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business-side PLM transformation program, including roadmap, governance and benefits realization.
• Build, communicate, and maintain the PLM business case and ROI assumptions.
• Translate roadmap into executable work packages with IT and partners.
• Ensure business-led PLM delivery with IT enabling technical execution.
• Establish governance, decision forums and momentum across phases.
• Design and deploy the future PLM operating model and data ownership.
• Oversee implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
