Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA seeks a senior PLM Business Analyst to connect Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. You translate business needs into actionable requirements and dependable processes that move data from design to the shop floor.

You will shape designs, guide testing and rollout, and partner with global teams to deliver scalable, configuration-first solutions across Teamcenter, Opcenter, and ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business systems, functional consulting, or solution design in manufacturing.
• 5+ years with Siemens Teamcenter including BOM management and workflows.
• 3+ years with Siemens Opcenter Execution or related MES.
• Experience across two full lifecycle PLM/MES implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specs, and fit-gap recommendations.
• Develop functional designs for Teamcenter PLM and Opcenter MES processes, including BOM management, change processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, integrators, and stakeholders to deliver configuration-first solutions.
• Build dependable data practices: mapping, cleansing, migration, governance, master-data standards, reporting, and KPIs.
• Support system integration testing, UAT, release sign-off, upgrades, site rollouts, training, and Level 2/3 support.
• Partner with global owners, plant users, and IT to prioritize scope and drive adoption and automation.
