Job summary

The role focuses on accuracy of product data, BoMs, and change management, collaborating with engineering, project management, and leadership to meet strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 6+ years in configuration management within aerospace/defense, with strong documentation skills and PLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in configuration management within aerospace/defense.
• Expert proficiency with PLM systems and configuration management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and superior documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage configuration of complex engineering and manufacturing products through a PLM system.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Product Data, including BoMs and parts.
• Lead configuration change management, evaluating and tracking complex changes.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to resolve configuration issues.
• Maintain records and documentation related to configuration management and drive process improvements.
