Job summary

ArcherGrey is a digital transformation firm specializing in PLM, seeking a senior Windchill consultant to lead client roadmaps and Windchill-based implementations across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise contexts.

You will guide planning, configuration, development, and testing of Windchill solutions, map PLM processes to Windchill modules, and document requirements for delivery. Expect frequent collaboration with executive stakeholders and substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience guiding clients in design, architecture, and implementation of Windchill or similar PLM.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, product development, change/configuration management, and digital thread.

Responsibilities

• Define, align, and document client PLM roadmaps focused on Windchill across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise contexts.
• Support growth within ArcherGrey engagements by identifying value and expanding scope.
• Lead planning, configuration, development, and testing of Windchill solutions to meet client needs.
• Assess processes to identify gaps that Windchill can improve.
• Document customer requirements and contribute to Windchill-based designs.
• Provide specifications to capture business/system requirements for Windchill solutions.
• Map engineering/product processes to Windchill functionality and modules.
• Provide status updates, risk management, and issue resolution to leadership and stakeholders.
