Job summary
HireArt is seeking a PLM Applications Support Engineer for an on-site role in Foster City, CA. You will support development, configuration, and maintenance of PLM systems including Enovia, 3DExperience, and CAD integrations.
Expect system diagnostics, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance to empower users and projects. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of related experience with Enovia/3DExperience/CAD (CATIA V6), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work across
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
- 6+ years of related experience with PLM/Enovia/3DX.
- 4+ years of experience with Enovia integrations and CAD links to 3DExperience.
Responsibilities
- Install 3DX services and applications in Linux environments.
- Upgrade 3DEXPERIENCE releases and Fix Packs.
- Automate database refreshes between environments.
- Configure reverse proxies and load balancers.
- Develop and document test procedures and assist with testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project plans and timelines.
- Identify and resolve incidents within the Enovia PLM system.
