Helion Group is seeking an experienced Senior PLC & VFD Controls Electrician to troubleshoot and optimize industrial production lines. You will work on Siemens S7 logic, adjust ABB/WEG/Siemens drives, and coordinate motor swaps with maintenance leadership to minimize downtime.

Expect hands-on electrical and mechanical work on 480V equipment, 4,160V, and 13.5kV systems, with strong collaboration with operators and maintenance peers to keep lines running smoothly.

• Expert-level electrical troubleshooting in industrial environments.
• Advanced PLC background, especially Siemens S7; familiarity with multiple PLC platforms.
• Proven VFD parameterization, communication setup and performance tuning.

An operator flags a motor issue; you coordinate a full swap, from lockout and electrical disconnects to the mechanical changeover.
