Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with tissue converting equipment.
- Advanced PLC programming using Rockwell Automation.
- Strong experience with Siemens controls platforms.
- Deep knowledge of motion control, servo drives, and machine synchronization.
Responsibilities
- Lead automation and controls expert for Tissue converting operations across multiple facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, controls and process issues affecting safety, quality, productivity and reliability.
- Program, modify and optimize PLC systems using Rockwell Automation and Siemens platforms.
- Develop and improve motion control systems, servo drives and synchronization applications.
- Support equipment upgrades, commissioning activities and production start-ups.
