As we continue to transform the Midstream technology landscape, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Platforms Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering & Operations organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver secure, scalable, automated, and highly available infrastructure platforms that support critical business and operational workloads.
A successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, automation, and lifecycle management of enterprise compute, storage, and virtualization platforms. This includes partnering with platform engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, and operations teams to deliver reliable and supportable infrastructure solutions while advancing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development practices, and modern automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in compute architecture, SAN storage, systems integration, scripting, and infrastructure automation, enabling the delivery of repeatable, scalable, and resilient platform services that support Marathon's long-term technology strategy.
