Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York seeks an IT Project Manager - Platform Services to lead technology delivery and platform modernization across wealth management and banking platforms. You will coordinate business, operations, technology, risk, and vendor teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions on FIS Global Plus, TCS BaNCS, and Pershing/NetX360.

The role requires extensive PM experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering end-to-end platform

Qualifications

Extensive IT project management experience across SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery within financial services.
Working knowledge of core platforms such as FIS Global Plus, TCS BaNCS, and Pershing/NetX360.
Strong knowledge of APIs, data flows, batch processing, and workflow automation.
Experience translating business needs into delivery plans, user stories, and roadmaps.
Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Finance/Engineering or equivalent experience.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring responsible use of data

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of platform services projects from planning to stabilization.
Coordinate governance, milestones, RAID, budgets, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, security, and vendors.
Drive enhancements: interfaces, integrations, data flows, APIs and batch processing.
Ensure regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and production stability.
