Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking outstanding engineers to lead the safe, AI‑powered autonomous driving platform initiative, focusing on the safety of the underlying compute and communications stack. You will collaborate across NVIDIA and customer teams to align safety architecture and requirements for autonomous products.

Responsibilities include applying traditional fault analysis and model‑based methods, developing automation for complex analyses, and ensuring integration of hardware and software safety

Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in systems architecture or related fields.
• Experience working across company boundaries as development partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze safety of embedded systems at hardware and software levels across complex multi‑layered platforms.
• Develop automation to support safety analysis and metric collection.
• Integrate System, Software and Hardware safety analysis methodologies to demonstrate HW safety targets.
• Review and interpret internal/external safety documentation to identify improvements.
