Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead backend platform strategy for CRIMS and Alpha Platforms. You will drive vision, prioritization, and delivery of core services (React-based UIs, C#, FDC3 standards) across product teams, partnering with engineering and security to ensure scale and security.

The role requires 10+ years in SaaS platform strategy, deep cloud-native architecture knowledge, and strong technical leadership to mentor teams and accelerate innovation

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product management or platform engineering in SaaS.
• Deep cloud-native, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for backend platform services including modernizing C# UIs to React.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
• Lead product discovery and translate infrastructure needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Mentor junior PMs and analysts to foster technical excellence and collaboration.
• Track and report on platform metrics and ensure compliance with standards.
