Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Platform Program Management & Operations leader within the Compute & Enterprise AI Solutions customer engineering group in Santa Clara, CA. You will drive operational excellence and enable effective customer platform engineering, deployments, and enablement across globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

Deep experience in Technical Program Management and Engineering Operations.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across distributed teams.
Strong ability to develop metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead operational excellence for the Customer Platform Engineering organization with structured cadences and governance.
Coordinate weekly and executive reviews; consolidate status, risks, and priorities.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to provide visibility into enablement and deployment readiness.
Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and escalation across Platform Engineering and Customer Eng. teams.
Partner with global teams to align execution and improve organizational performance.
