Job summary

Walmart Global Tech’s Observability team seeks a Principal Platform Product Manager to lead development and execution of availability-focused platform strategies, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

You will connect strategy with platform engineering, data, and AI to improve performance, reliability, and scalability, while mentoring teams and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related area with 9 years PM experience.
• 11 years’ experience in a technology and data-driven company building new tech products.

Responsibilities

• Shape platform capabilities to advance availability, reliability, and observability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, operations, data, and AI.
• Manage product lifecycle from MVP to rollout, adoption, and scaling complex platform products.
• Use data, analytics, and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities aligned with business and tech goals.
