Job summary

Rippling is seeking an experienced software leader to drive Spend Management platform architecture and deliver scalable backend systems. You will design and own large-scale, fault-tolerant services while mentoring a team of engineers across Spend Management.

You will work closely with product and leadership to shape technical direction, navigate ambiguity, and accelerate delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment with a strong focus on data modeling and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and own projects.
• Domain knowledge of treasury and money movement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft platform solutions benefiting multiple teams to create a seamless user experience.
• Be hands-on in technical architecture and liaise between product and engineering leadership.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges and devise inventive solutions.
• Own projects and drive their successful implementation.
• Mentor engineers across Spend Management.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Rippling Spend Management.
