Job summary

Origence is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer in Irvine, CA, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining internal tools and platform capabilities to accelerate software delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js, and experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD practices. The role offers a full-time position with a starting salary range of $128,600 - $160,800 annually plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose language.
• Experience with CI/CD as a practitioner.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Recent experience utilizing Generative AI techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipeline templates.
• Design and develop internal tools, CLIs, and REST APIs.
• Write and maintain Terraform modules for Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Extend and integrate Datadog monitoring and build custom dashboards.
• Help build and evolve the Internal Developer Portal.
