Job summary

Istari Digital is seeking a Senior Platform Services Engineer to join the Platform Services team within Customer Success. You will deploy, operate, and support the Istari platform across customer environments from pre-sales scoping to production operations.

You will work directly with customers and cross-functionally with sales, product engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, compliant platform deployments, in regulated environments including air-gapped networks and GovCloud.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in DevOps or platform engineering.
Solid cloud networking knowledge including VPN/IPSec and firewalls.
Experience with identity providers and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, SSO).
Production Kubernetes experience.
Experience with Terraform and Helm.
Strong customer-facing communication and consulting mindset.
U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

Deploy and operate Istari platform across customer environments using IaC.
Collaborate with sales, product engineering, and infra teams.
Assist customers in network design, firewall scoping, VPN/IPS configuration.
Integrate identity providers (SAML, OIDC, SSO, Active Directory) with deployments.
Provide secure data sharing, KMS policy exchange, and IAM role configuration.
Monitor and troubleshoot complex infra issues with clear customer updates.
