Job summary
CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Platform Engineer to advance our Falcon platform scale, reliability, and cloud-native operations.
You will design and implement scalable Kubernetes platform solutions across multi-cloud environments, optimizing infrastructure at massive scale while evaluating new open-source technologies for integration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Kubernetes experience, strong Prometheus/Thanos/Alertmanager, Golang proficiency, and the ability to operate in AWS/GCP/OCI
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (US citizenship or green card).
- 5+ years of Kubernetes experience managing clusters with thousands of nodes.
- Experience with Prometheus, Thanos and Alertmanager.
- Proficiency in Golang and large-scale Linux environments.
- Experience operating in AWS, GCP, OCI and in custom data centers.
- Willingness to participate in on-call shifts and support AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platform solutions at scale.
- Maintain high reliability of large-scale infrastructure platform systems.
- Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies into existing workflows.
- Provide technical direction for Kubernetes infrastructure services.
- Mentor less-senior engineers and drive collaborative decisions.
