Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Platform Engineer to drive the global expansion of the Falcon platform. You’ll apply deep cloud-native expertise to design scalable hybrid multi‑cloud Kubernetes solutions and ensure reliability at massive scale.

You’ll mentor engineers, evaluate OSS integrations, and shape infrastructure strategy while operating in AWS, GCP, OCI, and on‑prem data centers. This role is remote with CJIS clearance requirement and periodic background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status)
• 5+ years of Kubernetes experience including management of clusters with thousands of nodes
• Experience with Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager and Grafana
• Proven experience operating in large scale, business‑critical Linux environments
• Experience operating in clouds: AWS, GCP, OCI and custom data centers

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable hybrid multi-cloud Kubernetes platform solutions
• Optimize and maintain high reliability of large-scale infrastructure platform systems
• Evaluate and integrate open‑source technologies into existing systems workflows
• Provide insights and technical direction for the continued evolution of Kubernetes infrastructure services
• Mentor and help develop less‑senior engineers to drive collaborative technical decision‑making
