Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Product Platform to own the systems powering every product. You’ll ensure stability, scale for hypergrowth, and build the infrastructure enabling fast delivery across teams.

You’ll own anti-fraud, onboarding, payments, and the internal dashboard used by operations and support. You’ll work with Go and PostgreSQL on Google Cloud, pushing for correctness, auditability, and resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex platform systems at scale
• Experience scaling core systems like payments/onboarding/fraud
• High flexibility and independence; ownership of ambiguous problems
• AI development as a core part of workflow
• Strong backend fundamentals: typed languages on cloud stacks

Responsibilities

• Own the stability of Triumph's critical systems and scale for growth
• Build systems that move and account for real money with correctness and auditability
• Protect players and the platform with anti-fraud and trust tooling
• Scale core systems to handle high volume across products and countries
• Own the internal dashboard and operational tooling for support and ops
• Expand platform capabilities with new rails, markets, and currencies
• Integrate AI into development and set standards for using AI agents
