Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer – Product & Engineering Platforms to own and evolve the systems that support product planning, engineering execution, portfolio management, and cross‑functional delivery at Socure.

This role serves as the technical owner for platforms such as Jira, Aha!, and related product management tools, partnering with Product, Engineering, TPM, Finance, and IT to translate business processes into scalable configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing Jira and Atlassian products.
• Experience with product management or engineering platforms.
• Experience configuring workflows, schemas, fields, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Understanding of roadmaps, epics, sprints, and capacity planning.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, data migration.
• Experience enterprise app architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own Jira, Aha!, and related platforms for planning and execution.
• Manage platform config, upgrades, security, integrations, and data quality.
• Design scalable workflows, schemas, templates, dashboards, and reports.
• Improve governance, data quality, and standardization across tools.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, TPM, and Finance to translate needs.
• Lead enterprise app integrations and data migrations.
• Develop testing, rollback, and change-management plans.
