Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++ at master level.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS or GCP and Terraform/Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Plus: blockchain-specific backend experience.
• Plus: Ethereum roll-up technologies.
• Plus: open source contributor.
• Plus: active participant on ethresear.ch.

Responsibilities

• Architect & build backend systems with high performance and reliability.
• Optimize throughput and scalability for real-time data.
