Job summary

Qualifications

~5+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or platform systems in production environments.
Track record of owning and shipping services, integrations, or infrastructure in a modern stack.
Experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems and third-party APIs.
Comfortable working in evolving domains and making complex tradeoffs.
Strong backend skills, including API and schema design, data modeling, and resilient system integrations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality platform services across backend, integrations, and shared tooling.
Own platform projects end to end, from design through launch, adoption, and iteration.
Partner with Clinical Experience, Member Experience, Care Delivery, and product engineering teams to deliver platform solutions.
Shape integration patterns, caching strategies, shared services, architecture, reliability, observability, and data-informed delivery.
Build and maintain shared libraries, SDKs, internal APIs, documentation, and adoption examples.
