Job summary

Saviynt is seeking an experienced candidate to design, build, and maintain critical shared infrastructure services in San Francisco. Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Infrastructure Development, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang) and Python.
• Extensive hands-on experience with major Cloud Providers such as AWS or GCP.
• Proven experience designing Event‑Driven Architecture and message‑queuing systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline tools, especially GitLab CI.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and operating Distributed Systems.
• Familiarity with Multi‑Region Cloud Environments.
• Proficiency in Observability and Monitoring platforms.
• Strong experience in RESTful API design principles.
• Knowledge of Service Mesh concepts and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases, especially as a service.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain shared infrastructure services and platforms.
• Manage vulnerability and hold teams accountable to SLAs.
• Develop internal-facing tools for infrastructure management using Go or Python.
• Architect foundational solutions within Cloud environments.
• Design shared Event-Driven Architecture components using Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.
• Manage infrastructure across Multi-Region Cloud Environments.
• Enhance centralized Observability and Monitoring platforms.
• Define and implement RESTful API designs for services.
• Collaborate with product development to address infrastructure needs.
• Participate in on-call support for shared infrastructure.
