Job summary

Trust Wallet is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead infrastructure, operations, and backend feature development across extension, mobile, and desktop platforms. You will interface with users and developers, drive reliability, and foster a culture of excellence within a global, remote team.

You will leverage AI‑assisted engineering tools and best practices, ensuring high availability, robust security, and scalable performance for millions of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Deep experience managing and building with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Cloudflare)
• Experience with Kubernetes and adjacent technologies (Istio, Helm Charts)
• Experience with infrastructure configuration management (Terraform, Atlantis)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and accelerating application delivery (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Experience with production observability technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry)
• Hands on Go lang experience (Networking, HTTP, gRPC, OpenTelemetry)
• Expertise in implementing SRE principles, focusing on maintaining high availability
• Familiar with incident handling and on‑call responsibilities
• Experience leveraging AI‑assisted engineering tools and best practices (e.g., LLM coding assistants, AI‑driven code review/testing, prompt patterns/guardrails)
• Strong security fundamentals and hands‑on experience implementing cloud and Kubernetes security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure: spearheading planning and execution of deployments for a scalable platform serving millions of users.
• Operations: manage day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot, optimize workflows to meet HA and SLOs.
• Feature development: own backend features supporting all platforms (extension, mobile, desktop).
• Interfacing with users: support end‑users and developers building on Trust Wallet, gather feedback.
• Team building: foster a culture of continuous improvement with new hires.
• AI & DevX: implement AI‑driven engineering practices, internal tooling, and guardrails to boost productivity.
