Chargezoom is seeking an experienced platform/infrastructure engineer in Salt Lake City, UT to build the next generation infrastructure platform that enables rapid value creation and secure delivery to customers.

You’ll work with tools like Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, ArgoCD, Terraform/Terragrunt, and Bitbucket Pipelines to automate provisioning, CI/CD, and reliability across a distributed microservices stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with distributed microservices architectures.
• Proficient in relational databases (MySQL/Postgres).
• Strong software engineering skills in Python/Go/Java/.NET or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and patterns; Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (GKE/EKS).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD, GitHub).
• Strong networking understanding and OSI model concepts.
• Able to contribute across multiple technical domains as needed.

• Implement technical solutions aligned with near-term goals and future options.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning across cloud footprint using Terragrunt and Terraform.
• Build, maintain, and support our Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to optimize developer workflows and speed delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy new services and monitor reliability.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of infrastructure.
• Support existing infrastructure while building new capabilities.
