Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern infra architectures.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, orchestration, and microservices.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalents.
• Scripting in Python, Go, Bash or similar for automation.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and automated releases.
• Knowledge of Internal Developer Platforms, self-service infra, developer portals, and DevEx.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and centralized logging.
• Strong networking, Linux, distributed systems, API gateways, service meshes, and cloud security basics.
• DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, policy enforcement, and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks and build reusable platform capabilities.
• Proven track record improving reliability, scalability, deployment efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting, system design, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor engineers and document technical standards.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable internal developer platforms to boost productivity and delivery speed.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Build, operate, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container workloads.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, or Flux CD.
• Develop self-service infrastructure, templates, and workflows for independent deployment by teams.
• Set up Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and developer portals using Backstage.
• Implement observability with centralized logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts.
• Integrate security controls, IAM, secrets, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into workflows.
• Improve platform reliability and performance via automation and proactive monitoring.
• Optimize cloud resource usage and FinOps practices to control costs.
• Troubleshoot complex infra, networking, and production issues with cross-functional teams.
• Establish platform engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns.
• Evaluate new tools to improve developer experience and automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Measure platform effectiveness using metrics like deployment frequency, lead time, platform adoption, service reliability, and developer productivity
